Before detox begins every patient will receive a comprehensive initial assessment with a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Addiction Treatment. A specialist alcohol detox nurse will attend the patient’s home throughout the treatment.

Our level one treatment includes intravenous B vitamin complex to prevent the neurological complication of alcohol use and detoxification, and also treatment with intravenous fluids to ensure comfort and medical safety.
