Dr Grewal is a Consultant Psychiatrist at a London teaching hospital. He has extensive experience of treating drug and alcohol problems within both the NHS and private sector. He is listed on the General Medical Council's (GMC) Specialist Register as an expert in Substance Misuse and is a leader in his field. He is a member of several professional institutions including the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the British Medical Association and the Medical Protection Society.
Dr Grewal graduated from St. Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his postgraduate degree in drug and alcohol addiction at the Institute of Psychiatry, London. He has a strong research background and lectures at his own hospital and at the Royal Free Medical School.

Kate qualified as a General Nurse at the University of Manchester in 2003 before working for the NHS within Accident and Emergency. She moved to private sector practice before specialising in substance misuse in 2004. Kate has worked as a clinical nurse specialist for drug and alcohol services in London and has continued specific training to include addiction counselling, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and intravenous drug therapy.
Tom is a Registered Nurse with six years experience as a nurse clinician within both mental health and substance misuse fields. Tom has worked within NHS drug and alcohol services as well as private sector providers such as the Priory Group. In 2001 Tom joined Norwich Union Healthcare as a Business Advisor before in 2004 becoming Director of the recruitment business, Kinesis.
